This is the online portfolio for Sheila A. Brennan, PhD, the author of Stamping American Memory: Collectors, Citizens, and the Post (Michigan, 2018). She is formerly the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and Research Associate Professor in the Department of History and Art History at George Mason University.

I am an experienced digital public historian, project director, strategic planner, and outreach specialist with 20 years of experience working in non-profits, cultural heritage, and higher ed. At RRCHNM, I contributed to more than 30 digital projects, some are highlighted in this portfolio. I am committed to building digital projects and public programs that reach wide audiences and empower individuals to be active participants in their communities.
