The Networked Curator is a a digital literacy initiative designed for art curators presented in partnership with the Association of Art Museum Curators (AAMC) Foundation. Two 3-day workshops will be held, one at GMU, August 2017, and a second at the Getty Center in February 2018. Cohorts of twelve to fifteen curators will expand their digital literacy and vocabulary, gain a better understanding of what is possible on the web and in digital environments, and increase their knowledge of best practices for publishing research online. I am developing the curriculum and will be the lead instructor.
